Audrey Brodie, O.D.
Dr. Audrey Brodie is a Longmont native. She graduated from Skyline High School and received her business degree from the University of Denver. Prior to becoming an optometrist she worked in accounting for KOA radio, and later as an oil and gas accountant for several wildcat firms in Denver.

Realizing the corporate life wasn’t for her she returned to school at the University of Colorado to take pre-med courses. She attended the University of California at Berkeley and received her Doctorate of Optometry in 1996. She spent a year in Tahlequah, Oklahoma doing a cornea and contact lens residency at the Cherokee health hospital and Northwestern State College of Optometry.

She happily moved back to Colorado in 1997, and she met her husband Rick Price, a PGA professional, shortly thereafter. She loves to cook and golf, so if she is not at work you will likely find her in the kitchen, or on the golf course.

Jane Wolford, O.D.
Dr. Jane Wolford has been in private practice in an optometry / ophthalmology group in Boulder County for 27 years. She was a member of the first practice to combine the disciplines of optometry and ophthalmology in the state of Colorado.

Dr. Wolford graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1983. She is therapeutically and glaucoma certified by the Colorado State Board of Optometry, laser certified by Northeastern University College of Optometry and an adjunct professor of Pacific University College of Optometry.

Dr. Wolford served on the Colorado State Board of Optometry for eight years, the last two years served were as president. She also served as president of TLC The Laser Center board and as board member of the Colorado Optometric Association. In 1997 she was recognized by the COA as Optometrist of the Year.

She currently spends much time and energy working with the St. Vrain Valley School District and the Longmont High School Education Foundation. Dr. Wolford resides in Longmont with her husband Dan of 25 years, three children and quite often an exchange student.

Donald Keller, M.D.
Dr. Keller founded Boulder Eye Surgeons, and began practicing in Boulder in 1995. He completed his undergraduate training at Creighton University with a degree in Chemistry. He went on to Medical School at the University of Nebraska, where he graduated with research honors, and was elected into the medical honors fraternity, Alpha Omega Alpha. Following Medical school, Dr. Keller completed an internal medicine internship at Creighton University. He completed his formal training with a 3 year Ophthalmology residency at the University of Nebraska, where he served as chief resident during his third year.

Now a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Dr Keller has trained locally and internationally in the area of cataract and refractive surgery. Dr Keller has been performing Lasik since 1997, now offering FDA approved Customvue lasik with iris registration using the VisX Star S4 laser. In addition to Lasik, Dr. Keller was the first surgeon in the Denver/Boulder area performing the new FDA approved Crystalens procedure and the first in the Boulder area to offer endocyclophotocoagulation (ECP, a new laser treatment for glaucoma).

Susan, ABOC
Susan, a Colorado native, is the manager of Third Avenue Eyecare. She is an ABOC Optician with over 25 years of experience. She began her career as an optician with Dr. Wolford in 1985 in Louisville. She has specialized in sports eyewear and has worked with many athletes on performance eyewear. Susan believes in full personal customer service working with every patient to fulfill all their lifestyle needs.

She is a member of Longmont St. Vrain Rotary and has traveled to foreign countries to dispense donated eye glasses to those less fortunate.

Susan is married with two girls. She is very active, running, archery, golfing, biking, camping and canoeing are a few of her favorite things she likes to do outside of the office.

Janice
With over 17 years at the practice, Janice can assist you with all your eye health needs. Her cheerful personality will ensure a pleasant experience at the office. Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with her family at their sporting events as well as reading and hiking.

Jim
Jim started working in the optical industry in 1959 and has been working with Dr. Wolford since 1995. With 51 years worth of optical experience it’s safe to say he has seen it all! Jim has the ability to edge (cut), tint and fit a wide variety of lens materials here in our in house lab. He resides in Loveland with his wife and three chihuahuas.

Karly
After working for many years helping patients as an optometric assistant, Karly has found a growing interest in opticianry.  She now can help you with your eyeglass needs.  Currently she is working towards becoming an ABO certified optician.  Karly is dedicated to giving every patient the best experience.  Some of her hobbies include jewelry design, gardening, and camping.  Her creative abilities are an asset to our office.

Pam, ABOC
Pam is an ABOC Optician with over 22 years of optical experience, she prides herself in assisting you with all your visual needs. She started working as an optician in her home state of Minnesota in 1989 after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Sociology. There she learned that customer service that exceeds a patient's expectations is the foundation to success. She specializes in troubleshooting and customizing eyewear to everyone’s individual needs. Attention to detail is the key, from the simplest of prescriptions to the most complicated. Since moving to Colorado in 1995, hiking, gardening and cooking have become some of her passions.

Sara
Sara has been with Third Ave Eyecare for over 12 years and is able to assist you with any of your eye care needs. Sara is a Longmont native. More recently she has cut her hours back at the office to spend time being a Mommy to her two boys.

Brandy
The newest member of the Third Avenue team, Brandy is one of the technicians that looks forward to assisting you.  She has lived in Colorado since 1996.  Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.  She looks forward to the arrival of a new son this spring.
